Program Description

Senior Legal Services (SLS) provides free legal advice, services, and representation to Baltimore City residents age sixty (60) and older. SLS will provide legal assistance with:

  • Estate planning and administration: Will, advanced medical directive, financial power of attorney, life estate deed, personal representative deed
  • Housing: Foreclosure or tax sale and financial stability and exploitation
  • Debt collection and consumer issues: Student loans, contract disputes, utilities, deceptive/fraudulent sales practices, and more)
  • Elder abuse, neglect, financial exploitation
