Program Description

Our trauma-informed attorneys represent survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other gender-based harms in Protection Order hearings, custody, child support, divorce, and related immigration matters. We also advocate for survivors’ rights in criminal cases, housing, employment, and public benefits. By pairing legal action with support services, we help clients escape abuse and rebuild secure, self-sufficient lives in DC and Montgomery County, MD.
