Each year the Department of Legislative Services provides an overview of the bills that were passed by the General Assembly during that year's legislative session. The overview is called "The 90 Day Report" bacause the legislature meets for 90 days each year. The 2011 90 Day Report is divided into 12 topic sections. Once signed into law by the governor, most of these bills will go into effect October 1, 2011, though some emergency measures will go into effect July 1. The report is available as a PDF file.
