Services

Promotes justice in housing through education, testing, and litigation. The tenant/landlord counseling hotline assists tenants and landlords across the state with information regarding their rights and responsibilities under Maryland law. BNI also publishes the Guide to
Local, State, and Federal Laws Governing Tenant-Landlord Relations. The Guide is available for the state of Maryland, as well as versions for Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Prince George's counties. Handles cases of housing and public accommodations, discrimination and landlord/tenant.
